Clout Workspace is a collaborative work and event space for freelancers, entrepreneurs and small business owners in and around Prince George’s County, MD. Our goal is to have businesses work collaboratively to grow their endeavors and build something sustainable. Whether you need a place to touchdown, meet with potential customers, host a small event or need additional business support services, Clout Workspace is here to elevate your growth.
What is coworking?
The concept of coworking has been around for decades. The word "Communal" is of Latin origin and means -- of, by, or belonging to the people of a community; shared in or participated by the public. Coworking is the activity of sharing workspace with others for the collective good. Whether you are a freelancer or small team, concept of coworking is to share resources, set of ideas or activities
What is the benefit of coworking when I can work from home, Starbucks or Wegmans?
Clout is more than coworking space. It’s the opportunity to network with other businesses, share resources (like meeting rooms, business support and knowledge), attend workshops and training events, meet community influencers and collaborate with other businesses to grow your business. You can’t do some or all of that in your home, Starbucks or Wegmans.
Where are you located?
9221 Hampton Overlook, Capitol Heights, MD 20743, right off of MD Route 214 (Central Avenue and Exit 15B off the Hwy 495 Beltway) behind Home Depot. We have free parking and we’re 1.5 miles from Garret Morgan Metro.

It’s easy as 1,2,3. Schedule a tour via email hello@getclout.co or call us at 301-289-7447. We give tours on Thursday and Fridays. If you can’t make it one of those days, we can send you a virtual tour so you can get a feel for the space.
Can I use Clout as my virtual business address?
Of course. For members it’s included with your membership. We also have virtual address membership at $40/mo.
What type of events does Clout host?
Clout Workshpace plays host business-related events only. The workspace is specifically geared towards our entrepreneurial community. We play host to events like: Business workshops, training events, business launches, book signings, business networking events, customer appreciations etc. We do not host baby showers, birthday parties, bridal receptions etc.
